Join Citizen Corps by filling out the following application.  Then, attend a one-hour long orientation to learn about upcoming events and trainings that you can get involved in!   If you have any questions, please contact citizencorps@volunteernow.net. The Citizen Corps Outreach Coordinator will contact you by email with a follow-up to this application. 

Volunteering for Citizen Corps means giving freely of your services.  Liability coverage for professionals is covered by the government under designation by FEMA. Citizen Corps of Washington County is mandated by the State of Wisconsin to run a background screening on all Citizen Corps Applicants.  A $10 fee to cover this screening will be collected at the Citizen Corps orientation you attend.

  The program uses citizen involvement to secure their own home and personal property and to report
 any suspicious activity.  It is a willingness to get to know your neighbor)
